We had fiasco with having laundry service which they offered. Was suppose to be back in 6 hours. Wasn't done till next day! Hotel staff made it right by paying for laundry and our room for staying extra day. Breakfast was weak unlike many other hotels that offered more variety.

Very good location for shopping and sightseeing nearby such as Castle and temple. Even no need to wear coat during the winter for shopping, because hotel is just located next to subway and underground shopping area, can access the department store directly.

The hotel is in a central location, close to shops, restaurants, and the subway. the Sakae district is worth staying in. Our room had a bidet, and there are eating places at Oasis 21 and Central Park.
